Dr. Vikas was invited as the chief guest and keynote speaker to address the Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST) Mentor–Entrepreneur event, in Pune city, India.
BYST is a not-for-profit organization that primarily assists disadvantaged Indian youth in developing business ideas into viable enterprises under the guidance of a mentor. The mentors nurture the budding entrepreneurs till they are self-sufficient to run their own businesses. The organization is benefiting over one million youth with the help of 15,000+ mentors.
On the occasion of the BYST Mentor – Entrepreneur Event, Vikas urged the youths to identify an entrepreneur’s most enduring asset. He stressed that in the early stages, entrepreneurs emerge as the most significant asset to their business. "With each passing experience, there is an opportunity for continuous growth and learning. However, this evolution is not automatic; it demands conscious efforts," he said.
