As a panelist at the Nasscom Tech Innovation Conclave, Vikas Joshi spoke on the importance of continuous remote training and learning for employees. It was an insightful session where he emphasized the need for nudge learning. “Learning can no longer be disruptive. Nudge learning plays a big part in the learning experience movement where it recommends the right learning experience within the flow of work. Some of the ways in which this gets delivered is by building learning paths, presenting short, engaging learning experiences using interactive learning modules, and then nudging learners to move forward within the flow of work”, he said.
